I talked to Brent about my homeowners and auto owners insurance. I have been with the same insurance for years and wanted to see what other insurance companies would offer.
Brent spent the time that I needed asking questions. I was shocked that he was not in a rush, was extremely polite and courteous and explained the estimates on both my homeowners and auto policies.
Other insurance companies that I contacted asked a few questions and pointed me to a application that I had to load - not for me. I still insist on good old fashion service!
If you are interested in great service and detailed explanations, this is the company for you.

Brock Degood is absolutely fantastic at what he does. Customer service is very important to me with being a local real estate agent. Brock does an outstanding job with communicating and staying true to his word. I have been with other large companies in the past that honestly may have more competitive rates BUT the customer service is 110% worth the small additional cost! cannot recommend enough
